Piper Charles

How about a "Wine Tasting" for your next Corporate Event?

At CBD Cellars, we love all things wine and we want to share our passion for wine with you, your colleagues and your clients.

Some of our fabulous programs are:-

  • Cheese and Wine Matching

Cheese and wine are a match made in heaven and you have the chance to sample some of these treasures at our Cheese and Wine matching masterclass.
Indulge in premium Australian and imported cheese and wines. Classes can be as formal or informal as you request.

  • Blending Your Own Wine

You can taste, swirl and spit wine … but can you make it? Which team will have the winning blend? - This is the question of the day. This fun 2-hour exercise will be a much talked about experience.

  • Regional Awareness

Take a trip around Australia and New Zealand without leaving the comfort of home. In this educational and fun tasting you will discover what regions excel at which grape varietals and why.

  • Australia v International Competition

Can you tell a local favourite from an international hero? In this blind tasting you will be asked to choose between wines of similar styles from Australia or abroad. A great source of fun and debate that will generate some surprising results.

  • Wine Options Game

Interactive, fun and not too tricky, wine options games are a great way to get everyone involved at your wine tasting function. Multi-choice questions and pliable educator’s keep everyone entertained from wine novices to connoisseurs. Packages include all required collateral and a prize for the overall winner or winning team.

  • Champagne and/or Sparkling Masterclass

Most Australians will ask for a glass of champagne when what we should really be asking for is a glass of sparkling wine. You see champagne has to be French and, even more specifically, it has to come from Champagne - a region in the north east of France. But is champagne really better than sparkling wine? You be the judge in these fun and rather controversial tastings.

We understand that it isn't just about catering for Friday night drinks. We can advise you on wine selection, quantities for functions and especially help you create a very special wine experience.
