This South Australian and Western Australian wine is fresh and zippy with flavours of tropical fruit, gooseberry and asparagus, backed by a cleansing acidity. Overall, the wine fills the mouth with flavour and a cleansing acidity. The finish has a hint of grassiness and great persistence. A great example of modern Australian Sauvignon Blanc.
